Coaching is at the heart of all the services I offer, whether that is me coaching individuals or teams or me supporting the development of coaching skills for your employees. Coaching is all about creating a safe space for individuals and teams to explore, learn and develop.
Executive Coaching
A programme of 1:1 coaching typically takes place over a 6-8 month period. Every 4-6 weeks we would have a 90-minute coaching session with interim support available via email, WhatsApp or phone. At our first session we would agree areas of focus and define success criteria that we then revisit as we work together.
A variation to the above is an approach that a number of my longer-standing CEO clients have used which is to have a session booked in on a quarterly basis. This gives them a dedicated space which they use to step-back and think more strategically about their business.

Team Coaching
Great teams don’t just happen. If you have a new team and want to accelerate the team’s capacity to evolve into a self-sustaining, high performing team, or if you need to realign an existing team, then team coaching would be for you. All team coaching begins with individual interviews and if deemed valuable, individual and team psychometrics. A core programme of support includes 2 facilitated team days over a 3-6 month period. However, depending on the development stage of the company and/or wider context, it is not uncommon for me to work alongside a team for a further 6-12 months. This helps to ensure ongoing accountability and lasting changes to behaviour and ways of working.

Collaborative Peer Coaching
When people come together they can harness the power of collective problem solving. This coaching takes place in groups of up to 6 participants. The participants are all peers (they could be from across your own business or in the case of smaller businesses in partnership with other organisations). With my support and facilitation, participants get to develop their coaching skills whilst simultaneously resolving real work challenges and dilemmas. The same group work together for 6 sessions over a 6-8 month period, meeting for 2-hours each time.

The best leaders coach. Give managers in your business the chance to develop their coaching skills as part of their core skill-set. This training programme takes place over 3 months with a 3-hour workshop each month. The emphasis is very much on practicing skills and building confidence so that coaching becomes a natural part of everyday working. There is lots of talk about creating a coaching culture. This is one way of actually making that a reality! The programme can have up to 12 participants per training group.
COACH THE COACH

Successful change begins with quality conversations. Together we start by understanding your current context, exploring your unique challenges and opportunities and then define your success criteria. From here, I will design and facilitate interventions so your key stakeholders can engage with the important issues and shape the future strategy and culture of your business. You might work with me to ‘kick-off’ the change programme with a one-day event for your Board and Executive Team. Or, you might work with me over an 18-month to 2-year period as I partner with you to bring about a lasting culture change.

PRO BONO OFFER
Coaching is a powerful development tool and making it more accessible to charities is something I will always support. For every 12 executive coaching sessions booked, I offer a pro-bono session to an up and coming leader working in a charity. If you or your company book 12 sessions with me and you have a charity you support, then I will happily offer that session to them.
